Track My Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email from RGB Halo Kits with your tracking number and tracking link.

If your order has already shipped, the fastest way to track it is by checking your shipping confirmation email and clicking the tracking link inside.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email inbox for your RGB Halo Kits shipping confirmation.
  2. Click the tracking link included in the email.
  3. If you created a customer account, you may also log in to view your order status.
  4. If you still need help, contact our support team with your order number.

My Tracking Hasn’t Updated Yet

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your label is created. In some cases, the carrier may not show movement until the package is scanned at the next facility.

If your tracking number was recently emailed to you, please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Custom or Built-to-Order Products

Some RGB Halo Kits products are custom-built or made to order and may not ship immediately after purchase.

This includes products such as:

  • Custom headlights
  • Custom tail lights
  • Prebuilt lighting packages
  • Made-to-order vehicle-specific lighting products

If your order includes one of these items, tracking will be emailed once your order has completed production and is ready to ship.
