By placing an order with RGB Halo Kits, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


General Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including:

  • Street number and street name

  • Apartment / suite / building number (if applicable)

  • Correct abbreviations (St, Ave, Blvd, etc.)

  • Any required access or routing information

RGB Halo Kits is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before the order enters fulfillment processing.

RGB Halo Kits processes orders in daily fulfillment batches. Once an order has been printed for fulfillment, picked, packed, or a shipping label has been created, the order is considered in processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Because fulfillment batches are processed throughout the day, cancellation requests are not guaranteed, even if submitted shortly after the order is placed.

Customers who need to request a cancellation should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If the order has already entered fulfillment processing, it will proceed to shipment and will instead fall under our Return & Exchange Policy once delivered (if eligible).


Shipment Processing Time

Standard In-Stock Products

Most standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay unrelated to backorder status, we will contact you via email.

Same-Day Processing (When Available)

When fulfillment volume allows:

  • Free shipping orders placed before 11:00 AM (business days) may ship the same day

  • Express shipping orders placed before 2:00 PM (business days) may ship the same day

Orders placed after cutoff times ship the next business day.

Same-day processing is not guaranteed and may vary depending on order volume and fulfillment capacity.


Made-to-Order Products

(Custom Multicolor Headlights & Tail Lights)

Prebuilt multicolor headlights and tail lights are built after the order is placed.

Typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks or less, but may vary depending on workload and seasonality. During busy periods, build times may extend to 4–8 weeks.

Because these products are built specifically for each order:

Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Customers may contact our support team at any time for the most accurate production ETA.


Third-Party Brand Products

RGB Halo Kits operates as an automotive lighting marketplace. In addition to our own branded products, we also sell select third-party brand products.

Processing and shipping timelines for third-party products may vary depending on supplier availability and fulfillment method.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions (when offered):

  • Apply to U.S. orders only

  • May require a minimum order subtotal

  • May exclude made-to-order items

  • May exclude oversized products

  • May exclude third-party brand products

Eligibility and exclusions will be displayed at checkout when applicable.


Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Once a shipment is confirmed delivered:

RGB Halo Kits is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages due to address errors

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

Refunds will not be issued for shipments confirmed delivered by the carrier.

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location.

For high-value shipments, signature confirmation may be required at our discretion.


Carrier Responsibility

Delivery services are provided by third-party carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Once an order leaves our facility, transit time, delivery timing, and carrier handling are outside the control of RGB Halo Kits.

RGB Halo Kits is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Mechanical failures

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier routing errors

  • Seasonal shipping volume

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Incorrect Shipping Address or Address Changes

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss

  • RGB Halo Kits is not liable for packages delivered to the incorrect address

Address changes can only be made before a shipping label is created.

Once a label has been created or the order has shipped, delivery details may no longer be modified.

If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Orders Marked Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

Please:

  1. Wait 24–72 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)

  2. Check surrounding areas

  3. Check with neighbors or building staff

  4. Confirm the shipping address used on the order

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we may assist with a carrier investigation.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, a refund or replacement may not be available.


Lost Packages (In Transit)

If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered:

Contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Replacement shipments will not be issued until the carrier confirms the package is lost.

If the carrier confirms loss, we will resend a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Refunds will not be issued while a carrier investigation is pending.


Delayed In-Transit Shipments

If tracking shows the package is still moving but delayed:

  • U.S. shipments: allow up to 7–8 days for carrier completion

  • International shipments: allow 15–20 days due to customs and cross-border transit

If a package appears stalled beyond this timeframe, contact us and we will assist.


Damaged Shipments Policy

We strive to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition.

Reporting Deadline

Shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may be denied.

Required Documentation

To process a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box

  • Clear photos of the shipping label

  • Clear photos of internal packaging

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos must be taken before installation.

Failure to provide documentation may result in claim denial.

Visible Damage at Delivery

If a shipment arrives with obvious external damage:

You may:

  • Refuse delivery

  • Mark the shipment as damaged with the carrier

Once returned and inspected, a replacement will be issued.


Missing Items Policy

If an item appears missing from your shipment:

Contact us promptly and provide:

  • Photos of all items received

  • Photos of packaging and packing materials

Claims reported after an unreasonable period may be denied.

If verified, missing items will be shipped at no additional cost.


Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to pick up the shipment

If this occurs, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If the customer chooses not to reship and instead requests a refund (when eligible), original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional freight deductions may apply for oversized shipments.


Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused and returned to RGB Halo Kits:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from any eligible refund

Orders containing made-to-order products may not be eligible for refunds if refused.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Transit times may be affected by customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

RGB Halo Kits is not responsible for customs delays or import-related fees.

Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.


Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention

RGB Halo Kits reserves the right to deny claims involving:

  • False damage reports

  • Fraudulent non-delivery claims

  • Repeated abuse of shipping or return policies


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact RGB Halo Kits first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for an order that:

  • Shows confirmed carrier delivery

  • Violates our Return Policy

  • Violates our Cancellation Policy

may be considered fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to submit all supporting documentation to the payment processor including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipment tracking

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communications

  • IP address and fraud verification data

Accounts associated with fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.


Warranty Shipping Clarification

Warranty shipping terms are governed by our Limited Warranty Policy.

For approved warranty claims involving custom-built headlights and tail lights within the United States, RGB Halo Kits provides a prepaid return label and covers outbound shipping after repair or approved replacement (subject to warranty verification).

SHIPPING FAQS

Custom products, such as multicolor headlights, are individually assembled and built to order. Custom products typically have a turnaround time of about two weeks or less, but this may vary based on the volume of orders in our system. During peak seasons, processing can take up to 2 months. Once your order is placed, you can contact us anytime for an estimated shipping timeframe.

Free shipping promotions are available only to customers within the United States and apply to orders exceeding the specified minimum amount (typically $150).

These promotions may not extend to third-party products or items from other brands that we sell.

Return to Sender Policy:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

  • Reshipping the Package: If you would like the package to be resent, you will be required to cover the cost of reshipping. We will provide a payment link for the additional shipping charges before sending the package again.
  • Refunds: If you choose to cancel your order instead of reshipping, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, even if the order qualified for free shipping. Refunds will be processed once the returned package is received and inspected.

Order Shipping FAQs

backorders are for temporarily out-of-stock items, while preorders are for new items that have yet to be launched.

Our website is generally updated to show when an item is on backorder or preorder, along with its estimated shipping timeframe. However, occasional errors or delays in updates may occur.

If you purchase an item that is unavailable but not marked as out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.

We usually begin processing and boxing orders immediately after they are placed. Order cancellations or modifications can only be accommodated if a shipping label has not yet been created.

Before finalizing your purchase, please double-check your shipping address and order details for accuracy.

If your order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. In such cases, you will need to follow our return process at your own expense.

For 1-day and 2-day express shipping, in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be shipped the next business day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. Therefore, orders placed after 2:00 PM MST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Note: Some third-party products, such as Alpharex or Morimoto, as well as custom-made items, may require longer processing times before shipping out.

We usually begin processing and boxing orders as soon as they are received. Address changes can only be made on our end if a shipping label has not yet been created and if you contact us immediately after placing your order. Once a label is generated, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

In some cases, customers can contact the carrier to have the package redirected to a local UPS Store or access point for pickup.

To prevent issues, please double-check your shipping details for accuracy before completing your purchase. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
