In case your tracking shows that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, we kindly ask you to wait for additional 2-3 days. It is possible that the item was accidentally delivered to a neighbor or there might be some other minor delays. Please check with your neighbors or around your residence. If you still do not locate your item after additional 2-3 days, please contact us for further assistance.
In the event that a customer claims to have not received a package, despite the tracking information confirming delivery, the following policy will apply:
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the whereabouts of the package. This investigation may take up to two weeks. During this time, we ask for the customer's patience and cooperation. The customer may be required to sign an affidavit stating that they did not receive the package.
If the carrier's investigation determines that the package was delivered correctly to the address provided, we will not issue a refund or resend the products. The customer assumes responsibility for any packages confirmed delivered to the provided address.
If the carrier's investigation determines that the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, we will resend a duplicate shipment to the customer. We no longer offer refunds for lost or incorrectly delivered packages.
