RGBW. This product is not just RGB, it is RGBW! That means there is an extra LED chip that is specifically white in color, right next to the standard red, green, and blue or (RGB) LEDs. By using an RGBW controller, you can activate and control the white chip independently of the colors. This provides a much more uniform, pure, and bright white color than the traditional method of combining all RGB signals, so you can keep a clean, factory white appearance for everyday driving.

RF Handheld remote/controller: “Radio Frequency” wireless remote features a quicker, easy to use solution for controlling your lights. Similar to a miniature tv remote. This remote option allows you to change colors, modes, brightness, and speed, at the click of a button.

Submitting a Warranty Request

Exchanges or Returns
If you need to exchange or return an item simply email info@rgbhalokits.com or submit a request below. When submitting a request please provide us with as many details as possible regarding your claim.
All Returns and Exchanges require an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Once a return request has been approved we will provide you with an RMA # and Return Instructions
On all approved returns, you will receive an rma # and return instructions on where to send back your items.
Our Standard restocking fee structure is outlined below
Tier 1: Perfect Condition (Product is unopened and like new) = 15% restock fee + return shipping label cost
Tier 2: Re-Conditionable (Packaging is opened or damaged) = 20% restock fee + return shipping label cost
Tier 3: Inability to restock ( Product shows signs of use or damaged) = not eligible for Refund
Terms and Conditions
Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of purchase date.
We reserve the right to correct any packaging errors or defective merchandise.
Refunds are only applicable on non-installed items.
Any free shipping used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Rgbhalokits does not accept returns on pre-built headlights or items in our Closeouts section.

Once Returns are received please allow 2-6 business days for the return or exchange to process*
RGB Halo Kits will cover shipping costs on any warranty replacement orders within a 30 day window of receiving the item. If product failure occurs outside of 30 days, RGB Halo Kits will ship a free replacement but customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
