Ship-In Headlight Installation Service
Ship your headlights to RGB Halo Kits and have our team professionally install the lighting upgrades you select.
Pricing may include the selected components, professional installation, testing, resealing, and return shipping, depending on the service option chosen.
How It Works
Once your headlights arrive, our team will:
- Inspect and professionally open the assemblies
- Install the selected DRLs, halo rings, demon eyes, or other approved components
- Complete the internal wiring and test all lighting functions
- Clean and professionally reseal the headlights
- Package and ship them back with tracking and insurance
Most approved projects are completed and shipped within approximately 7 business days after we receive the headlights.
What are my options
Custom DRL (daytime running light) Installation: We offer a large selection of custom style Daytime Running Light modifications for many vehicles or we can install our flexible DRL tube strips in almost any headlight to either change the color of the current DRL or add a DRL to the headlight
Halo Kit Installation: We offer halo kit installation on virtually any vehicle! Even if you dont see a halo kit on our website we have the ability to custom make a halo kit for most headlights! Add that wow factor to your headlights.
Demon eye Installation: We can add demon eyes to any projector style headlight. Projector style headlights feature a glass ball inside the headlight where your lights output from. Demon eyes illuminate this glass ball, providing a cool unique and stylish look to your headlights.
Pricing and Approval
Prices shown are estimated starting prices for a pair of headlights.
Some headlights may require additional charges because of complex construction, difficult sealant, limited internal space, previous modifications, damage, custom fabrication, or additional parts.
We will contact you for approval before completing any work that requires additional charges. Some projects may be declined if we cannot safely complete them to our quality standards.
Before Shipping
Please include your exact:
- Vehicle year, make, model, and trim
- OEM or aftermarket headlight information
- Products you want installed
- Order number and contact information
Do not ship your headlights immediately after ordering. Our team will review your order first and provide the correct ship-in address and shipping instructions by email.
Shipping Your Headlights
Headlights must be professionally packaged and insured for their full replacement value.
We recommend applying removable protective film over the lenses, wrapping each headlight separately in multiple layers of bubble wrap, and filling all empty space inside the box.
Return shipping is included only when stated in the selected service option. Expedited return shipping is available by request at an additional cost.
