Installation
Installation & Setup
The Scat Pack LED grille emblem uses mounts on the back to secure it to any style of mesh grille with the included hardware. No drilling, cutting, or grille modifications are required.
- Installation difficulty: Easy mounting with basic automotive wiring
- Mounting method: Rear emblem mounts with included bracket and hardware
- Tools required: Basic automotive hand tools
- Power requirement: Properly fused 12-volt automotive power source
Installation steps:
- Choose a mesh grille location with enough space for the 6.5" × 1.5" emblem.
- Position the emblem and secure it using the rear mounts and included hardware.
- Route the emblem wiring and connect it to the included Bluetooth controller.
- Connect the red power wire to a properly fused 12-volt source and the black wire to a suitable ground, following the supplied wiring instructions.
- Choose your lighting settings through the app or included remote.
Follow the complete installation instructions before connecting power. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with automotive wiring.

🌧 IP68-Rated Badge Housing
The emblem features acrylic and ABS construction with an IP68-rated badge housing for water and dust protection. It is designed for exterior automotive conditions, including rain, road spray, and routine washing when correctly installed.
The IP68 rating applies to the badge assembly. Mount and protect the controller, wiring connections, and exposed connectors according to the installation instructions. Avoid directing high-pressure water at the controller or electrical connections.
