Why is my order not dispatched yet?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched or is delayed beyond 72 hours, it could be due to several reasons:
- The item is not in stock.
- The items are made-to-order (such as prebuilt headlights, custom items, etc.)
- The order requires additional verification (for instance, the billing address doesn’t match the card’s registered address)
- The address provided is incorrect or not recognized.
While most orders are dispatched within 72 hours or less, some products may take between 1-2 weeks to fulfill. In certain cases, some products may take even longer.
How can I check my order status?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to provide updates for every delayed order. To get an update on your order, please email us at Info@rgbhalokits.com or submit a request. You can expect a response within 24 hours during our normal business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
When inquiring about your order status, please provide the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Your First and Last name
