To cancel an order, kindly send an email within 48 hours of placing the order to Info@rgbhalokits.com or utilize the contact form located at the bottom of the Helpdesk. During our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you can anticipate a response within 24 hours.
Please ensure to provide the following information when inquiring about order status:
- Your order number
- Your first and last name
- Reason for cancelling
