Changing an Order

We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes adjustments to an order are necessary. Whether you've had a sudden change of heart, realized you need additional items, or wish to modify details such as shipping address or payment method, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

We process orders promptly upon receipt. Order changes can only be accommodated if a shipping label has not yet been created and if you contact us immediately after placing your order.

Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order.

You can still make changes to your order after placing it, including adding or removing products, changing addresses, or adjusting shipping speeds.

To make changes to your order, please email us before the product ships at or use the contact form at the bottom of the Helpdesk page. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm MST; you can expect a response within 24 hours during these times.

When inquiring about your order status, please provide the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Your First and Last Name
