- Install Overview: A hole is required to be drilled in your tailgate for the wiring. The hole will be covered by the emblem itself and will not be visible once installed. If you do not want to drill a hole, the wires must be wrapped around the edge of the tailgate, which means they will be exposed, and you may have to modify the edge of the panel for this to work.

Product questions
Installation on this product requires you to mount the LEDs on rear tailgate via included 3m tap on the letters and then drill a hole for you LED wires through the tail gate. The drilled hole will not be exposed and will be covered by LED letters once installation is completed.
Once letters are installed and hold is drilled for wires you will need to tap into parking, brake, and reverse light wires on your tail lights using a wiretap.
Yes, the emblem defaults to red when vehicle / parking lights are on and has a brighter brake red function when the brake is pressed.
The emblem also has a white LED function that will be illuminated when in reverse
It is not 100% plug and play you will need to tap into your parking light, brake, and reverse wire on one of the tail light harnesses to activate the emblem.
Yes, the emblem does change to white when reverse is activated.
No, the Emblem will not interfere or hinder any factory functions such as braking, turning, or reversing your vehicle.
This particular product is NOT multicolor. It's just RED Brake, RED Parking, and WHITE Reverse LEDS.
