Custom-built products (including multicolor headlights and other made-to-order items) are final sale and governed by our Return Policy and Warranty Policy.

SECTION 5 – ORDER ACCURACY & BILLING

RGB Halo Kits sells both proprietary products and select third-party brand products.

For third-party products:

  • The manufacturer may offer separate warranties.

  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond the applicable brand policy.

  • Your legal relationship regarding manufacturer-specific defects may be with the original brand.

We may receive commissions or compensation from third-party brands.

SECTION 7 – WARRANTY & RETURNS

All warranty claims are governed exclusively by our posted Limited Warranty Policy.

All returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our posted Return & Exchange Policy.

Warranty coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

Returns for custom-built items are not permitted once production has begun.

SECTION 8 – ERRORS & PRICING

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies

  • Modify product descriptions

  • Update availability without notice

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site:

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Rental vehicle costs

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 12 – CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

We are committed to resolving customer issues directly and professionally.

If a customer initiates a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or other payment reversal before contacting us for resolution:

  • We reserve the right to suspend any pending shipments.

  • Warranty services may be paused during the dispute.

  • Future purchases may be restricted.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve concerns promptly.

SECTION 13 – DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes:

  • Must be applied at checkout.

  • Cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Exclude taxes and shipping.

  • May be modified or canceled at any time.

SECTION 14 – RETURNED TO SENDER ORDERS

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Insufficient address

  • Failure to receive

Customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Free shipping promotions are forfeited if the package is returned due to address error.

SECTION 15 – MISSING PARTS

If a component is missing from your shipment and verified, we will ship the missing part at no cost.

Missing parts are not grounds for refund.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
