We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of:

Safety concerns

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled portion unless another resolution is agreed upon.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment or shipment preparation begins.

Once picking, packing, assembly, customization, or shipment preparation has started, an order can no longer be canceled.

Because fulfillment batches are processed throughout the day, cancellation requests are not guaranteed, even when submitted shortly after purchase.

Multicolor Headlights and Multicolor Tail Lights

Multicolor Headlights and Multicolor Tail Lights may be canceled only before production begins.

Production is considered started once:

Parts have been allocated
Disassembly has begun
Modification has begun
Assembly or other production work has commenced

10. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Processing, production, availability, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Estimated production times for Multicolor Headlights and Multicolor Tail Lights are shown on the applicable product page and may vary based on:

Product type
Current workload
Parts availability
Supplier availability
Seasonality
Product revisions
Other operational circumstances

Most Multicolor Headlights and Multicolor Tail Lights are completed within approximately 2–6 weeks, unless a different estimate is disclosed.

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated or agreed timeframe, we may contact the customer with an updated estimate and available options in accordance with applicable law.

11. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed.

Applicable charges may include:

We may correct pricing or listing errors.

If an order was placed using materially incorrect pricing, we may cancel the affected portion and refund the amount paid or offer the customer the option to purchase at the corrected price.

12. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

RGB Halo Kits sells both RGB Halo Kits products and select third-party products.

Third-party products may be:

Fulfilled by a supplier
Subject to separate manufacturer instructions
Covered by a manufacturer warranty
Subject to product-specific return restrictions disclosed before purchase

Where a separate manufacturer warranty applies, we may assist customers with the claim or direct them to the manufacturer when appropriate.

A manufacturer warranty does not automatically eliminate any obligations RGB Halo Kits may have under its own policies or applicable law.

Third-party products remain subject to the terms disclosed on the product page and our applicable policies.

14. INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT USE

Automotive-lighting products may require:

Vehicle disassembly
Electrical wiring
Cutting or soldering
Programming
Sealing
Modification
Specialized tools or knowledge

Products may be installed by the customer or a third party.

Using a third-party installer does not automatically void warranty coverage. However, damage caused by improper installation, wiring, voltage, modification, misuse, or incompatible components is not covered.

Customers are responsible for:

Following applicable instructions
Confirming voltage and polarity
Using compatible controllers and components
Securing wiring safely
Using appropriate circuit protection
Confirming the installation complies with applicable laws
Discontinuing use when an unsafe condition appears

Immediately disconnect a product showing smoke, melting, excessive heat, burning odor, electrical arcing, exposed wiring, short-circuit symptoms, or repeated fuse failure.

15. ROAD-USE COMPLIANCE

Vehicle-lighting laws vary by jurisdiction.

Certain products, colors, brightness levels, animations, or flashing patterns may be limited to:

Off-road use
Show use
Display use
Competition use
Parked-vehicle use

Customers are responsible for determining whether their installation and use comply with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

RGB Halo Kits does not guarantee that every product, color, function, or operating mode is legal for public-road use in every jurisdiction.

16. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy.

Warranty claims are governed by our Limited Warranty Policy.

The Limited Warranty Policy explains:

Product installation by a third party does not automatically reduce warranty coverage. Coverage may be denied when the installer’s work caused or contributed to the failure.

Shipping damage, missing items, incorrect products, and delivery issues must be reported within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy and Return and Exchange Policy.

Customers may be required to provide:

Other documentation reasonably needed to verify the claim

When a claim is verified, RGB Halo Kits may provide an appropriate:

18. RETURNED-TO-SENDER AND REFUSED ORDERS

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed delivery attempts, unpaid import fees, or failure to retrieve a shipment are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Carrier return fees
Address-correction charges
Additional freight or handling charges
Nonrefundable original shipping costs

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

26. INDEMNIFICATION

During an active payment dispute, we may temporarily hold an unshipped portion of the disputed transaction when reasonably necessary to avoid duplicate recovery or further financial loss.

We will not suspend emergency safety assistance solely because a payment dispute is active.

Confirmed fraud or repeated payment-policy abuse may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Any legal proceeding not subject to another mandatory jurisdiction will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Arizona.

This section does not deprive consumers of protections that cannot legally be waived in their place of residence.

31. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed when necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain effective.

32. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of RGB Halo Kits.

33. ASSIGNMENT

Customers may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

RGB Halo Kits may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, financing, restructuring, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.
