GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical for ensuring delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrectly provided shipping information or mistakes.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our shipping policy ensures swift delivery of your orders. For free shipping options, orders placed before 11am MST will be shipped out the same business day.

For express shipping, orders placed before 2pm MST will be shipped out the same business day. Orders received after these cutoff times will be shipped out the next business day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. Therefore, orders placed after 2pm MST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

This policy does not apply to third-party products or products of other brands that we retail as well as custom made to order products like prebuilt multicolor headlights, multicolor taillights, or any other product that we specific to be made to order. For those products shipping times may vary.

PRE-BUILT MULTICOLOR HEADLIGHTS / TAIL LIGHTS SHIPPING

Pre-built headlights are assembled and built custom for each customer after your order is placed. Orders are completed chronologically in the order in which they come in. Turnaround times for prebuilt headlights are usually about 2 weeks or less however, they can vary depending on how many other headlight orders are in our system at the time of your order. During busy seasons headlights can take up to 1-2 months. Once your order is placed , customer may reach out to as at any time if in need of ETA on when your headlight / Tail light order will ship.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Free shipping promotions are valid for United States customers only and for orders above our specified amount (usually $150).

Free shipping promotions do not apply to third-party products or products of other brands that we retail as well as custom made to order products like prebuilt multicolor headlights, multicolor taillights, or any other product that we specific to be made to order. For those products shipping times may vary.

SHIPPING COST ON RETURNS

Return label cost will be deducted from any refunds or exchanges unless other wise stated. If we issue a return label the standard cost is $15 for smaller items and up to $50 for complete headlights / taillight assemblies.

Shipping Cost or fees paid on orders are non-refundable by the shipping carrier and therefore cannot be refunded by us. This amount will be deducted or excluded from any refund or credit issued.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED / CLAIMS FOR NON-RECEIVED PACKAGES

In case your tracking shows that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, we kindly ask you to wait for additional 2-3 days. It is possible that the item was accidentally delivered to a neighbor or there might be some other minor delays. Please check with your neighbors or around your residence. If you still do not locate your item after additional 2-3 days, please contact us for further assistance.

In the event that a customer claims to have not received a package, despite the tracking information confirming delivery, the following policy will apply:

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the whereabouts of the package. This investigation may take up to two weeks. During this time, we ask for the customer's patience and cooperation. The customer may be required to sign an affidavit stating that they did not receive the package.

If the carrier's investigation determines that the package was delivered correctly to the address provided, we will not issue a refund or resend the products. The customer assumes responsibility for any packages delivered to the provided address.

If the carrier's investigation determines that the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, we will either resend a duplicate shipment to the customer or if the customer chooses we can refund the order.

Please note that this policy is designed to protect both the customer and RGB HALO KITS from false claims, whilst ensuring fair treatment of all parties.

DELAYED IN TRANSIT SHIPMENTS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery and your tracking does not show delivery yet and item is still in transit, please allow the carrier 7-8 days to complete the delivery within United states. For International shipments please allow up to 15 -20 days or delivery.

OUT OF STOCK/ BACKORDER  ITEMS

In some cases our website will update the product page to show that a product is out of stock before ordering, however this is not always the case. If your order includes an item that is out of stock that is not shown on the product page: we will notify you via email and give you an estimate when the item will ship.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

We often box and process orders as soon as they come in. Changing an address can only be done if a shipping label has not been created for your order and if you reach out to us immediately after placing the order. Please make sure to type in the correct address before finalizing your order.

ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to sender due to an insufficient or incorrect address or refusal of the package, the customer will be responsible for cost to re-ship the package. If the customer has chosen a free shipping option on the order and no longer wants the order after being returned via any of the methods outlined above then a $15-$35 Freight Charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange to cover cost of the postage.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

  • Orders going international will ship via USPS, UPS or DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment
  • shipping maybe be delayed due to Customs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are to be paid by the recipient. Such fees are not included in the shipping or product cost paid to Rgbhalokits.
  • International shipping cost are calculated at checkout, however Import fees and duties are not and are subject to the import country discretion.
