ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains when an order may be canceled before shipment or production begins.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. RGB Halo Kits processes orders in fulfillment and production batches throughout the day, and an order may begin processing shortly after it is placed.

Production is considered started once parts have been allocated, disassembly or modification has begun, or work has otherwise commenced on the order.

STANDARD IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
Orders for standard in-stock products may be canceled only before fulfillment or shipment preparation begins.
Fulfillment or shipment preparation may include:
- Printing or releasing the order to fulfillment
- Picking products
- Packing the order
- Beginning assembly or preparation
- Creating shipment documentation
- Preparing the package for carrier pickup
- Other work performed to fulfill or ship the order
Once picking, packing, assembly, customization, or shipment preparation has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
Because orders are processed in batches throughout the day, cancellation requests are not guaranteed, even when submitted shortly after purchase.
If the order has already entered fulfillment, it will proceed to shipment and may be handled under the Return and Exchange Policy after delivery, when eligible.
MULTICOLOR HEADLIGHTS AND MULTICOLOR TAIL LIGHTS
Multicolor Headlights and Multicolor Tail Lights are production-based products that may require parts allocation, disassembly, modification, assembly, sealing, testing, and other specialized work.
These products may be canceled only before production begins.
Production is considered started once:
- Parts have been allocated to the order
- Products or components have been ordered specifically for the build
- Disassembly has begun
- Modification has begun
- Assembly or installation work has started
- Other production work has commenced
Once production begins, the order:
- Cannot be canceled
- Cannot be refunded for buyer’s remorse
- Is considered final sale, subject to the Return and Exchange Policy
- Remains covered by the applicable Limited Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage does not make a production-based product returnable or cancelable after production has begun.
PREORDERS, BACKORDERS, AND SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
Cancellation eligibility for preorder, backorder, special-order, or supplier-ordered products depends on whether fulfillment, supplier processing, parts allocation, or production has begun.
A cancellation may no longer be available when:
- Inventory has been reserved specifically for the order
- A supplier order has been submitted
- The supplier has begun processing the order
- Parts have been allocated
- Production or customization has started
- Shipment preparation has begun
Any product-specific cancellation terms disclosed before purchase will also apply.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through one of the following methods:

Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Products you wish to cancel
- A clear statement requesting cancellation
Requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, text message, voicemail, comments, or other social-media channels are not considered formal cancellation requests.
Submitting a request does not mean the cancellation has been approved.
An order is canceled only after RGB Halo Kits confirms the cancellation in writing.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Requests to change a product, vehicle option, shipping address, quantity, or other order detail are subject to the same processing limitations as cancellation requests.
Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment, parts allocation, shipment preparation, or production has begun.
A requested modification may:
- Change the price
- Affect production or shipping time
- Require payment of an additional balance
- Result in cancellation and replacement of the original order when operationally necessary
RGB Halo Kits will confirm any approved changes in writing.
SHIPPED ORDERS
An order cannot be canceled after it has shipped.
Once shipped, the customer must receive the package and follow the applicable Return and Exchange Policy if the product is eligible for return or exchange.
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a full refund.
Refused and returned-to-sender shipments may be subject to:
- Nonrefundable original shipping charges
- Carrier return fees
- Reshipping charges
- Restocking fees when applicable
- Product-specific return restrictions

APPROVED CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
RGB Halo Kits generally initiates an approved cancellation refund within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
After the refund is issued, the payment processor or financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to the customer’s account.
Processing time may vary based on:
- Payment method
- Financial institution
- Payment processor
- Weekends or holidays
- Fraud or transaction review
- Other banking delays outside our control
Original payment-processing, financing, currency-conversion, or third-party fees may be handled according to the applicable provider’s terms and applicable law.
PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS
When an order contains multiple products, cancellation may be approved for only the items that have not entered fulfillment, supplier processing, shipment preparation, or production.
The remaining order may continue to be processed and shipped.
Shipping promotions, discounts, or order-level offers may be recalculated when part of an order is canceled.
CANCELLATION FEES
RGB Halo Kits does not charge a standard cancellation fee when an eligible order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, shipment preparation, parts allocation, supplier processing, or production begins.
Once those activities begin, the order generally cannot be canceled rather than being approved subject to an automatic cancellation fee.
Any product-specific nonrefundable deposit or cancellation charge must be clearly disclosed before purchase to apply.
POLICY ABUSE
RGB Halo Kits may restrict future purchasing privileges when cancellation activity involves:
- Repeated intentional ordering and canceling
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Abuse of discounts or promotions
- Attempts to avoid product-specific restrictions
- Material misrepresentation
- Other repeated policy abuse
Legitimate cancellation requests submitted in good faith will not alone result in account restrictions.

If a product-specific cancellation term was clearly disclosed before purchase, that term controls for the applicable product to the extent of any conflict.
