Order Cancellation Policy (Standard In-Stock Products)

Orders for standard, in-stock products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by submitting a request through our Contact Us form.

Because most standard orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may not be approved.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. The shipment must be received and handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.

If cancellation is approved after processing has begun but before shipment, the order may be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 5–7 business days if approved.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

This section applies to built-to-order products including, but not limited to:

  • Multicolor headlights

  • Multicolor tail lights

  • Custom lighting builds

  • Production-based specialty items

These products require parts allocation, build scheduling, and labor preparation shortly after purchase.


4-Hour Cancellation Window

Custom-built and made-to-order products may only be canceled within 4 hours of purchase, including weekends and holidays.

After 4 hours, production scheduling and parts allocation begin.


After 4 Hours

After the 4-hour window:

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed

  • Approval is at our sole discretion

If a cancellation is approved after 4 hours but before active production begins, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

This fee covers parts allocation, administrative handling, labor scheduling, and payment processing costs.


Once Production Begins

Once a custom or production order has entered active build status:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It cannot be refunded

  • It is considered final sale

Custom products remain covered under the 1-Year Limited Warranty for verified manufacturing defects only.

Warranty coverage does not convert custom products into returnable items.

  • Verbal or social media requests are not considered valid.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

  • Repeated cancellation behavior or policy abuse may result in refusal of future service.
