Returns  

Step 1: Find out if your order is eligible for an return:  Your item is eligible for return/refund in most cases if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • Your order is within 30 days of purchase date
  • Your product was never installed or used and is still in new condition 
  • Your product is not prebuilt headlights, Garage Hex Lights, or other custom made to order items. 

Step 2:  All Returns for refund must have an RMA confirmation number included. Approval is usually made same day or next day. Please be sure to include information about the reason for your return. If your order meets the above conditions please request a RMA # here : Rgbhalokits.com/submit

Step 3:  Once your RMA # is issued,  will include a link to a prepaid return label that you can print off to return the package. The Label can be used at any USPS or UPS Store facility. Once your Return is received back we will inspect the items

Restock Fees: 

  • Tier 1: Perfect Condition (Product is unopened and like new) = 15% restock fee 
  • Tier 2: Re-Conditionable (Packaging is opened or damaged) = 20% restock fee 
  • Tier 3: Inability to restock ( Product shows signs of use or damaged) = not eligible for Refund

Return label cost: An additional $10 will be deducted from the return for the return label cost, unless otherwise specified. (There are some exceptions to this). 

Refunds 

  • On average Refunds will be issued within 1-3 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds can take up to 7 days to show back in your account. 

Exchanges   

Step 1: Find out if your order is eligible for an exchange:  Your item is eligible for exchange in most cases if it meets all of the following conditions:

1. Your order is within 60 days 
2. Your product was never installed or used and is still in new condition 
3. Your product is not prebuilt headlights or other custom made to order items. 

Step 2:  All exchanges must have an RMA confirmation number included. Approval is usually made same day. Please be sure to include information about the reason for your return. If your order meets the above conditions please request a RMA # here : Rgbhalokits.com/submit

Step 3:  Once your RMA # is issued,  will include a link to a prepaid return label that you can print off to return the package. The Label can be used at any USPS or UPS Store facility. Once your exchange  is received back, (if the returned items cost are less than the items you are exchanging for) then you will be sent an invoice for the price difference of the exchanged item) or (if the returned items cost are more than the items you are exchanging for)  then we will issue the difference via refund or store credit) and go ahead and create an order for the items you are exchanging for. 

 Return label cost: An additional $10 will be deducted for the return label sent for  exchange for exchanges in which the wrong products was ordered, ect.  If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong order or items sent) then there will be no cost for the return label

    Third Party Brands Returns/ Exchanges 

    To offer you the best selection, our store features some lighting products from other top brands from around the world. Outlined below is our third party brands policies. Please contact us if you need info on the product brand that you are purchasing. 

        • Lighting Trendz: Returns/Exchanges are applicable within 30 days of purchase date
        • The Retrofit Source: Returns are applicable within 30 days of purchase date. Exchanges are application within 60 days of purchase date. 
        • Vland: Returns/ Exchanges applicable within 14 days of purchase date
        • Diode Dynamics/ Oracle: Returns/Exchanges are applicable within 30 days of purchase date

    Terms and Conditions

      • Refunds are only applicable on returned items. 
      • Refunds are not applicable on used or faulty items or missing items from shipment (faulty or missing items will be replaced at no charge within 30 days)
      • Refunds are not applicable due to not receiving a product if the tracking confirms delivered or on  custom made to order items like prebuilt headlights
      • Warranties, Returns, and Exchanges are only applicable on orders purchased directly from rgbhalokits.com and not third party vendors and sites. 
      • RGB Halo Kits recommends to confirm your order contents + Test products as soon as you receive it and Prior to installation. We reserve the right to correct any packaging errors or defective merchandise. 
      • Refunds are not applicable on products that are returned used, damaged, or defective, or modified. 
      • Refunds can only be applied to the card used to make the purchase.
      • Install Cost: all warranties, returns, or exchanges cover the cost of the product itself. RGB Halo Kits cannot cover any installation related cost for any reason.  
      • Orders in which warranty or replacement parts have been sent out or warranty claims have been made in past are not eligible for return or exchange
      • International returns/exchanges: customer is responsible for return label costs. Rgb Halo kits will only issue a return label on USA orders.
