Exchanges or Returns
- If you need to exchange or return an item, email us: email@example.com with the order number and provide us with as many details as possible regarding your return or warranty replacement
- All returns/exchanges require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization), Once return request have been approved we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
- All refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise stated
- Our standard restocking fee structure is outlined below.
- Tier 1: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 10% restock fee
- Tier 2: Re-conditionable. (Packaging opened or damaged) = 25% restock fee
- Tier 3: Inability to restock. (Product & packaging both damaged) = 35% restock fee
- Please be advised that any free shipping used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will be deducted from the refundable amount. Once items are received please allow 2-5 business days for the return or exchange to process*
