FAQ

The 12VDC Wireless Relay On/Off Remote is a remote-control system designed to manage the on/off switching of 12VDC electrical devices. It provides wireless control for easy operation of your devices.

The remote control sends a wireless signal to the relay, which then switches the connected device on or off.

This allows you to turn off your devices from a distance + prevents power draw to the device when in the off position

Prewired Version: Comes with the relay module pre-wired for easy installation and immediate use. Simply connect to your 12VDC power source and devices.

Non-Prewired Version: Requires you to wire the relay module yourself, which may involve more setup time and some basic technical knowledge.

The typical range for the 12VDC Wireless Relay On/Off Remote is up to 100 meters (328 feet) in open areas. The range may be reduced by obstacles or interference.

Verify that the relay module is correctly connected and powered.

Verify the relay remote is synced to the module. Try re-syncing the remote to the module
