Installation

- Overview: Secure the diffuser cover over your existing halo ring, ensuring a snug fit. The design evenly distributes light, creating a smooth, plasma-like glow.
- Tools Needed: Basic Toolset

- You can run the wire across the Halo to mount it or drill small holes on the side and use the mounting wire through the cover to keep the mounting hidden.
- Epoxy is not recommended because most SMD Halos can be affected by the chemicals in the EPOXY.

Halo diffusers are components designed to cover the light output of halo rings, providing a more uniform or smooth light output. They help in diffusing light to reduce hot spots and achieve a smoother, more consistent illumination.
We offer halo diffusers in various sizes. Please refer to our product listings for specific dimensions. Unfortunately, we do not offer 150mm halo diffusers.
Currently, we do not offer custom sizes for halo diffusers. Our available sizes are listed on our website. If you need a specific size, we recommend checking our listings periodically or contacting us for future availability.
Position the Diffuser: Place the halo diffuser over your halo ring to ensure proper alignment.
Secure the Diffuser:
Method 1: Use thin beading or craft wire to tie the diffuser to the halo ring. This will hold the diffuser in place securely.
Method 2 (Optional): For a more discreet installation, drill small holes on the side of the diffuser. Run the mounting wire through these holes, keeping the wire hidden behind the diffuser.
Check Alignment: Ensure the diffuser is properly aligned and securely attached to the halo ring.
Final Adjustments: Make any final adjustments to ensure the diffuser is evenly positioned and firmly mounted.
